St. Luke Youth meet for Bible Study on Sunday afternoon from 12:15 pm -2:00 pm. Using the gospel of Matthew 4:4 where Jesus is speaking “that man cannot live on bread alone”, but rather we find our nourishment in God’s Word. Throughout the year our youth try to work on these four (4) spiritual disciplines in their life.

1.     Quiet Time

2.     Scripture Memory

3.     Prayer Life

 4.    Testimony

1.      Opportunity Center- The second Saturday of the month we volunteer from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm to prepare sack lunches for the homeless community at the Opportunity Center. St. Luke Youth are trying to make relationships and give the hope of Jesus to the people we meet. Our goal is to begin filling the needs they may have physically, emotionally and spiritually.
2.     Bible and Ball – Every Wednesday at Tula Irrobali Park in Segundo Barrio at 7:00 pm we meet with youth and young men from the Segundo Barrio community. We have a bible lesson, share a meal and engage in conversations about WHO we are, WHY are we here, WHAT are we supposed to be doing as people of God.
3.     Hand and Feet- We follow what was said in 1 John 3:18 “Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” At least once month we engage in opportunities to serve our community. Our desire is to meet the needs of people physically and spiritually.
4.     Fun Day- Once a  month is reserved for a fun fellowship event with one another. Lock-In, White Sands, Bowling, Movie Night, and much more events to have time to connect, eat great food, and to love one another.
